Key Responsibilities
* Lead first-level application support and user access management to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Liaise with vendors and IT to resolve incidents and manage system enhancements.
* Support end users with training and documentation to enhance their skills and productivity.
* Deliver monthly performance reports and contribute to leadership meetings to drive business outcomes.
* Drive innovation and continuous improvement in outpatient services by identifying opportunities for process improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Tertiary qualifications in Management, Project Management, Healthcare Management, Information Technology or equivalent experience.
* Proven experience in project delivery within healthcare, including leading cross-functional teams and managing competing priorities.
* Strong knowledge of outpatient IT systems (e.g., Q-Flow, Referral Manager, CISCO) and ability to apply this expertise to drive business outcomes.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and drive results.
* Demonstrated leadership and coaching experience to develop and empower high-performing teams.
* Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes aligned with organizational values: Safe, Kind, Together.
