Job Description
- Degree qualified in Business management, IT, Computer Systems, software or computer engineering fields or equivalent.
- Tertiary qualifications in IT or business related discipline or relevant IT/Business experience
- Well-developed understanding of general business processes and systems
- Ability to produce transparent and concise written material
- Strong understanding of financial modelling and/or budget management
- Demonstrated production of complex documents
Skills/ Qualifications and Experience Requirements
- Experience as a Business Analyst developing requirements that impact multiple systems and functional areas
- Experience in facilitating meetings and workshops to achieve an outcome based on the agenda provided
- Practical knowledge of a variety of Business Analysis tools and techniques
- Thorough understanding of the complete project management lifecycle and solution design
- Strong commercial acumen, including development of business relationships resulting in the delivery of cost-effective solutions
- Experience working in matrix Organization structure
- Exposure to Business Process Re-engineering
- Exposure to core competency development
- Exposure to the capture and transfer of relevant knowledge within a BA practice resourcing environment
- Experience working with outsource vendors
- Proven ability to prioritise and manage a substantial workload
- Experience in Telecommunications environment - highly desirable
- Experience in developing Centre of Excellence
- Experience in Agile methods and tools
- Experience in developing use case documentation
- Experience in DOORS and other requirements management tools.
- Experience in Business Process repositories, modelling and automation
- Certified Project Manager or demonstrated experience in Project Management
- Experience in developing core competencies
- Experience in capturing and transferring relevant knowledge
