We are proud to have strong partnerships with employers to help drive employment opportunities for all Australians.We are currently seeking a WA Activations Service Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the delivery and profitability of Activation in the Workforce Australia contracts within the relevant Employment Service Areas. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will oversee a team of Activation Consultants within your designated area, as well as all relevant KPI measures.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Managing teams of Activation Consultants across regions in WA
- Ensure team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and contractual obligations are consistently met and exceeded.
- Establish and communicate clear direction for the effective operations of all locations / ESAs, set objectives and priorities, promote effective teamwork and innovative solutions.
- Develop the capacity of your team to perform and contribute by providing leadership, supervision, coaching/mentoring, feedback and opportunities to learn through formal and informal methods.
- Be accountable and transparent to the Regional Manager with respect to business risk, governance, contractual and financial performance.
- Position has flexible working arrangements but will require travel between 3 regions
**Qualifications**:
You will be a high performing Manager with:
- Management/leadership experience desired
- Ability to motivate and encourage your team
- Ability to drive performance from your team
- Proven experience working with targets and KPIs
- Intermediate skills in the use of the Microsoft Office computing package
- Previous employment services experience will be highly regarded, (although not essential)
- Current police clearance no greater than 6 months old (or ability to obtain)
