Primary Objectives Of The Position
* All aspects of general office management including basic facility management & contributing to a successful culture
* Assist the commercial manager with job-related tasks
* Prepare communications, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence.
* Management of IT, Asset & other assorted registers
* Manage IT issues with support from internal & external IT providers
* Ownership of employee timesheet submission process
* Organising job accommodation and company social events
* Onboarding of new staff
* Document processing and data entry
* Accounts payable (AP) assistance as required

* Excellent communication skills

* Competent Microsoft PC skills and aptitude
