Northern Beaches Hospital (NBH ) is a purpose-built facility in Frenchs Forest serving as the primary hospital for the catchment comprised by the Northern Beaches Council Local Government Area.NBH is a privately licensed hospital, which provides services to public and private patients and has been established as a long-term partnership with NSW Health pursuant to the NBH Project Deed and associated agreements. The hospital features 488 beds, 50-bed Emergency Department, 14 state-of-the-art theatres and a world-class education centre.We are proud to be home to some of Australia's leading clinical specialists and a training ground for the clinicians of the future.

The Role – 12 month contract
The Contracts Coordinator is responsible for leading all administrative and coordination activities that relate to the contract management of the NBH Project Deed.
Working closely with the Hospital's Senior Leadership Team to ensure the effective delivery of activities that operationalise the Project Deed, this role plays a critical part in ensuring contractual obligations are met, sustainable business outcomes are achieved, and a cycle of continuous improvement is embedded.
The role reports to the General Manager – NBH Commercial & Contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution

* Track and support the development and implementation of Project Deed-related operational performance and improvement plans
* Maintain and digitise the detailed project plan
* Lead project tracking activities
Project Administration
* Coordinate and manage regular meetings including tracking actions and deliverables
* Preparation and coordination of project reporting
* Provide administration and contract management support for the Project Deed and other key contacts
* Provide support to the GM – NBH Commercial & Contracts and Senior Leadership team in respect of audits.
Stakeholder & Communication Management
* Provide support to the GM – NBH Commercial & Contracts as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders re project execution ensuring clear and consistent communication between teams and senior leadership.
* Regular status updates and meetings
Criteria
* Experience in project/contract coordination with a senior leadership team
* Highly proficient with project management/Microsoft suite software
* Confident self-starter that can work autonomously
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Able to prioritise and meet deadlines
* Clinical or technical industry experience an advantage (but not essential)
