Facilities Management Professional

About the Role
* You will be responsible for implementing operational strategies aligned with organizational goals, supervising maintenance requirements, and managing after-hours client service.
* You will identify process optimization opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and quality while ensuring minimal business disruption.
* You will control assigned budgets, monitor costs, identify savings opportunities, and manage vendor spend within financial delegation limits.
* You will monitor key performance indicators, develop improvement plans, and serve as the primary facilities management contact for the regional portfolio.
Requirements
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in Facility, Property, or related field, preferably with Government or Corporate Sector clients.
* Strong oral and written communication skills with proven ability to lead teams and liaise effectively with stakeholders.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and strong overall computer skills.
* Knowledge of HSE requirements, Australian Standards, and vendor management for specialized services.
* Understanding of basic technical property aspects and fixed maintainable assets.
