We have leadership through to Coordinator and Educator roles available all across Bundaberg. Part-time anywhere from 10-35 hours per week, or regular Casual shifts available. Apply to express interest!

This Could Be For You If You
- Work in or have experience with: Youth work, community development, disability support, or case management
- Love engaging with children aged 5–12 through play, creativity, and conversation
- Want more stability, predictability, and ongoing relationships in your work
- Have (or are working towards) a relevant qualification (Diploma in Community Services, Youth Work, Education Support, Community Welfare, etc.)
Your Role
- Creating a safe, inclusive space where kids can be themselves
- Leading games, creative activities, cooking, and sports
- Supporting children’s emotional wellbeing and positive behaviour
- Working collaboratively with a team to deliver engaging programs
- Building trusted relationships with kids, parents, and schools
