What You’ll Be Doing Managing the sales inbox and entering customer orders Speaking with trade customers about orders, products and enquiries Keeping track of customer accounts, credit limits and payment terms Following up outstanding invoices and confirming payment timing Working with the team to keep orders, deliveries and accounts on track What We’re Looking For You might come from admin, internal sales, customer service or accounts receivable.
