About This Role
As the Senior Financial Analyst for Research Governance Reform, you will support a focused, high impact program designed to strengthen how research and clinical trials are governed, funded and managed across NSW Health. This includes the development of a modern, best practice framework and operating model that supports consistent, efficient and high quality research activities across all NSW Health organisations.

What You'll Be Doing
Provide expert financial advice to the Director, ensuring high quality reporting and strong accountability across key activities.
Analyse complex data and produce insightful, accurate performance reports to support evidence based decision making.
Map and document detailed end to end processes, capturing current workflows and contributing to the design of improved future state practices.
Develop and maintain clear, consistent standard operating procedures, work instructions and supporting materials using approved frameworks.
Support data quality enhancement, cost capture processes and system alignment activities through validation, reconciliation and accuracy checks.
Contribute to training, communication and change initiatives by creating materials, coordinating sessions and capturing meaningful feedback.
Monitor assigned actions and deliverables, providing timely and transparent progress updates to the Project Manager and Director.
