Customer Experience Leadership Role
Description:
Lead a team of consultants to deliver high-quality technical and accounts support to residential customers. Oversee medium to large-sized teams, coordinate with Aussie Expert, and ensure organizational requirements are met.
Responsibilities:
To manage team performance, work alongside staff, and meet customer service standards and call handling targets. Provide a prompt, efficient, and professional service at all times.
Key Skills and Experiences:
A strong understanding of the telco industry, leadership skills, and advanced computer skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
