About Us
The Institute for Urban Indigenous Health Ltd was established by its founding members to provide a coordinated/integrated approach to the planning, development and delivery of comprehensive primary health care services for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander populations within the Southeast Qld Region.
The purpose of this team is to support community awareness of and engagement with IUIH and our network partner services, and strengthen community health literacy and agency to improve health outcomes of our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
About the Role
The Marketing Manager is responsible for the proactive development and positioning of IUIH brands across services and preventative health initiatives. The position will lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of effective service marketing, preventative health campaigns, and the provision of professional marketing and communications services to senior management in achieving the objectives of the IUIH Strategic Plan and Action Plans.
Lead the development, execution and evaluation of comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to promote IUIH's services and initiatives, including Deadly Choices' national preventative health brand and engagement.
Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and make data-driven adjustments to optimise outcomes.
Ensure that all campaigns align with the organisation's vision and values.
Provide marketing and communications advice to senior management on issues and opportunities for IUIH, the network, and the Community Controlled Health Sector more broadly.
When working with external partners, ensure positioning of IUIH, the network and our brands and services is consistent with our strategic priorities, values and objectives.
Lead the team to provide exceptional advice and customer service to clients.
About You
Current C Class Drivers Licence (QLD)
Current Criminal History Check or willingness to obtain
Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
Desirable, but not mandatory
Demonstrated experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and /or communities
