About the role
Forty Winks Victor Harbor is seeking an experienced Sleep Specialist to join our team in the role of Sales Consultant - Bedding. This full-time position is based in our store located in Victor Harbor, SA 5211. As a Sleep Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting clients in selecting the perfect bedding solutions to meet their needs.

What you'll be doing
* Providing personalised, knowledgeable assistance to customers in selecting high-quality bedding products
* Demonstrating product features and benefits to aid the customer's purchasing decision
* Proactively identifying customer needs and recommending suitable bedding solutions
* Ensuring a positive in-store experience and building strong relationships with customers
* Maintaining a detailed understanding of the Forty Winks product range and inventory
* Assisting with stock management, merchandising, and other store operations as needed
What we're looking for
* Proven sales experience, preferably in the bedding or home furnishings industry
* Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience required
* Essential experience in the bedding or home furnishings industry
* Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide tailored solutions
* Strong product knowledge and the capacity to effectively communicate product features
* A passion for creating an outstanding customer experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
* Australian citizenship required
