HARWELL. is partnering with a Facilities Management business that is scaling quickly across South East Queensland.
This is a true new business BDM role, focused on winning contract-based, recurring revenue, not one-off project work. The services span cleaning, hygiene, pest, waste, deep cleaning, grounds maintenance and broader FM scope.

The Role
You will be responsible for winning new contractual revenue across South East Queensland.
Primary target markets
* Living: holiday parks, campsites, aged care, residential living, disability living
* Learning: private schools, state schools, early learning centres
Full sales cycle
* Prospecting and outreach
* Meetings, site walks and discovery
* Proposals and tender support where required
* Negotiation and close
* Clean handover for mobilisation and delivery
Contracts are typically 12–36 months, creating stability for both clients and the business. This is a role for someone who understands how to sell agreements, not just services.

Responsibilities
* Win new recurring contracts across SEQ
* Build and manage pipeline end-to-end
* Sell 12–36 month service agreements
* Prepare proposals and support tenders
* Negotiate confidently while protecting margin
* Work within a defined sales structure and activity rhythm
* Partner with internal teams to support mobilisation and retention
You
* Proven B2B new business experience
* Track record selling contract-based services
* Comfortable prospecting and working autonomously
* Commercial mindset with strong negotiation skills
* Clear communicator who builds rapport on‑site
* Enjoys being on the road and in front of clients
* Experience in FM, cleaning, hygiene, pest, waste, maintenance, or similar service environments is preferred.
