Full‐time, ongoing position at our Hawthorn campus. Salary is Academic Level B plus 17% super and staff benefits.
Responsibilities include delivering high‐quality, student‐centred teaching, designing engaging and inclusive learning experiences, mentoring peers, supporting curriculum development, contributing to teaching quality improvement, building industry and community connections, and engaging in scholarship of teaching and learning.
About You
* A well‐articulated and evolving teaching philosophy grounded in reflective and scholarly practice.
* Demonstrated experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating engaging and impactful learning and assessment strategies.
* Proven ability to foster a positive, inclusive, and student‐centred learning environment.
* Strong record of mentoring and leadership within a collegiate teaching team.
* Evidence of scholarly contributions to the field of education or pedagogy.
* Ability to engage effectively with industry and community stakeholders to support student outcomes.
* Knowledge of quality assurance and accreditation processes within Australian higher education.
Qualifications
A PhD in a relevant discipline, or a Master's level qualification in tertiary education. In exceptional circumstances, equivalent professional experience may be considered.
