What You'll Do
* Provide quality day to day care and support
* Support participants to try new experiences, build confidence, and develop healthy habits
* Celebrate achievements, both big and small, and help make every day meaningful
* Ensure a safe and supportive environment while encouraging independence and choice
* Work closely with participants, families, and stakeholders to plan and achieve participant goals
Who You Are
* You hold a Cert III in Individual Disability Support or equivalent, or are eager to learn and grow in the role
* Current First Aid and CPR certifications
* Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
* NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
* Bonus if you have high medical care experience or training in MAYBO, Mental Health First Aid or Crisis intervention
