Responsibilities
* Measure and mix ingredients to make bread loaves.
* Weigh materials to ensure appropriate quantity.
* Place dough into appropriate pans.
* Place pans in ovens and set oven temperature.
* Ensure oven temperature is in accordance with product type.
* Adjust thermostats to ensure appropriate heat is transmitted.
* Remove baked goods from oven and place on racks.
* Ensure correct quantities of batches are being made.
* Ensure appropriate storage of baking utensils and supplies.
* Make sure baking equipment is cleaned and maintained properly.
* Ensure compliance with food safety standards.
* Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM approx 40 hour week.
Location: Wetherill Park, NSW 2164.
Salary: $30.50 per hour.
