Accounts Assistant (Full-time/Part-time)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our finance team and contribute to the continued growth of our business.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our Malaga office (full-time/part-time). This role will be reporting to the Finance Manager.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain Accounts Receivable, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing and collections
* Assist in half-year and year-end audits
* Assist with property management tasks and maintain related financial records
* Prepare financial documentation and reports for management review
* Assist with Accounts Payable processing when required
* Maintain effective internal controls
* Perform general finance and administrative duties as directed

* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
* Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
* A proactive, reliable, and self-motivated approach to work
