Cup and Carry is seeking a skilled Flexographic Print Operator to run our cutting‑edge EKOFA press in a safe, supportive, and innovative environment. If you're passionate about quality, precision, and sustainability, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate flexographic printing equipment with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency
* Set up and adjust machines according to production requirements
* Monitor product quality and maintain GMP standards
* Achieve productivity and waste reduction targets
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and printer trials
* Record production data and assist with root cause investigations
* Collaborate with team members and uphold company values
* Operate other production machinery as required
Skills & Experience
* Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills
* High attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Experience in full process printing (up to 120 LPI)
* Personal integrity and resilience under pressure
* Ability to work independently and in a team
* Commitment to health, safety, and environmental best practices
* Experience producing high‑end consumer packaging for the FMCG industry
* Previous operation of flexographic printing machines
