Program Supervisor Role
The Team Leader position will oversee and support the Uniting Navigator team, as well as work alongside Department of Education (DE) partners and Leadership teams to develop systems and processes for this initiative.
* Ensure that the program is operated in accordance with service standards, targets, DE agreements and organisational policies.
* Develop and sustain a culture of innovation and best practice.
This role requires a strong understanding of family services, child protection and/or out-of-home care, including relevant legislation and regulations. The successful candidate will have experience in developing and leading complex programs/services in delivering high-quality, consumer- and community-centric services.
To be successful in this role you will have:
* Bachelor level degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field.
* Experience in supervising teams and managing projects.
* Demonstrable knowledge of practices to engage and assure cultural safety of clients from diverse backgrounds.
* Understanding of 'Advantaged Thinking' framework.
