We're seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst to support the day-to-day operation of Levande's treasury function, playing a key role in cash management, debt facilities, risk management, and treasury operations.
This role sits within our Finance team and works closely with the business, and finance leaders to support strategic initiatives, maintain compliance, and continuously improve treasury processes.
The role
As Senior Treasury Analyst, you'll support and be responsible for the effective management of Levande's liquidity, funding arrangements, and treasury back office. You'll be hands-on with banking, loan administration, reporting, and forecasting, while contributing to process improvement and automation initiatives.
What You'll Do
* Monitor daily cash positions and liquidity across the business
* Manage cash pooling, intercompany funding and surplus cash optimisation
* Support compliance with debt facilities, covenants and lender reporting
* Maintain accurate loan, hedge and treasury system records
* Monitor interest rate hedges, derivatives and treasury risk reporting
* Support investor reporting and broader banking needs across villages
* Identify opportunities to improve, automate and document treasury processes
What You'll Bring
* 1–2+ years' experience in treasury, banking or a similar finance role
* Strong Excel skills with high attention to detail and reconciliation accuracy
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Experience working with banking transactions and treasury operations
* A proactive, organised and solutions-focused mindset
Desirable
* Experience in large or complex organisations
* Property or retirement living exposure
* Power BI or advanced reporting capability
