Due to the continuous success and growth of our team, we have an exciting opportunity to join our team as the 3IC - Sales & Visual Merchandise for our NIKE store in Chadstone.

The Role
Reporting to the Head Coach, you will help to achieve sustainable sales growth through consistently delivering the Ultimate Customer Experience as efficiently and effectively as possible, with a specific focus on Sales & Visual Merchandising.
Your day will be filled with leading from the front, coaching on the run and creating a winning culture within your store and the Retailors community.
To Be Successful In This Role You Will Have
* A minimum of 2 years' retail experience, including proven visual merchandising experience
* Store leadership or key holder experience, working with a team to succeed, advantageous
* Unrelenting commitment and team alignment in delivering the Ultimate Customer Experience
* Experience in Winning the Day; through meeting and exceeding sales and KPI goals
* CARE for our customers, care for your team and care for the business
* The motivation to COACH and inspire your team mates to reach their personal best
* ENERGY and a positive attitude that brings out the best in you and all those around you
* ACCOUNTABILITY for all aspects of the store to ensure operational excellence
