Job Description
* Perform scheduled and breakdown electrical activities on fixed plant and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
* Identify faults and conduct repairs to production machinery and equipment, working closely with the Maintenance team to resolve issues efficiently.
* Inspect, test, and maintain machinery and equipment in production areas and wider plant buildings and facilities.
* Collaborate with PLC and electronically controlled system diagnostics, fault finding, programming, and connections.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Possess a strong commitment to health, safety, and wellbeing in the workplace.
* Hold a Certificate III in Electrotechnology (mandatory) and/or Certificate III in Instrumentation (advantageous).
* Demonstrate diagnostic, fault-finding, and troubleshooting skills.
* Electrical related manufacturing or FMCG experience is advantageous.
* Experience in safety and quality systems and procedures.
* Ability to read and interpret schematics.
* Sound judgment and decision-making ability.
* Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as time management skills.
* Intermediate user of CMMS software and MS Windows OS.
