Griffith Discount Tyres, Advanced 4x4 & Griffith Almet Engineering are seeking a motivated and reliable Part-Time administration assistant to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
* General reception duties such as answering the phones, emails and general enquires
* Provide quotes on tyres and automotive products
* Scheduling appointments
* Preparing and sending invoices and statements
* Accounts Payable/Receivable
* Payroll preparation
* General filing and archiving
* Monitoring and maintaining stock
* Bank reconciliations
Requirements:
* Experience with MYOB is preferred
* Knowledge with Microsoft Office
* The ability to multitask in a busy environment
* Strong customer experience
* Working with a team, as well as an individual
