Project Development Manager:
We are seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive project schedules for significant renewable energy infrastructure.
CPP is a leading high-voltage infrastructure provider connecting renewable energy projects to Australia's electricity grid. We specialise in the design, construction, commissioning, and maintenance of substations, transmission lines, wind farms, and battery storage systems.
This is an exciting time to join us as we ramp up delivery of major EPC projects across Substations, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and Wind Farms.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, manage, and maintain detailed schedules for electrical utilities & renewable energy projects.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather project inputs and ensure accurate scheduling of milestones and deliverables.
* Track and report on project progress, identifying and addressing scheduling risks or deviations from the baseline.
* Provide insightful schedule analysis to key stakeholders and contribute to project reviews.
* Align schedules with overall project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
You will bring a strong background in scheduling for complex, multidisciplinary projects, ideally within the renewable energy or electrical utilities sector. Experience in infrastructure, mining, or oil & gas will also be highly regarded.
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
* 5+ years of experience in a scheduling or project controls role on large-scale projects.
* Proven track record of working on high-value or technically complex projects in construction, renewables, or similar industries.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with internal teams and external stakeholders.
* Strong technical skills, with proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
* High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
