This unique opportunity is ideal for a dedicated duo who share a passion for community living and are committed to providing exceptional resident experiences.The ideal candidates will have a complementary skill set: one individual will focus on facilities management and maintenance, while the other will excel in property administration and resident relations. We are also open to considering individuals capable of handling all required tasks.Compensation PackageOn-site accommodation in a well-appointed 3-bedroom manager’s residence.Salary Package: $50,000 to $70,000 + Super (depending on experience and qualifications).Indicative WorkloadApprox. 2 to 2.5 days equivalent workload for each of the PM and FM responsibilities.Detailed Job DescriptionFacilities Management RoleGroundskeeping and Landscaping: Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the park, including litter removal, weeding, watering, mowing, etc.Preventative Maintenance: Inspect buildings and grounds for issues (e.g., leaks, damage, safety hazards) and perform minor repairs (e.g., fixing fences, patching walls).Handyperson Tasks: Conduct touch-up painting, minor carpentry repairs, basic plumbing works, and furniture assembly.Security: Monitor security systems.Cleaning: Maintain communal areas, including amenity blocks, pools, and BBQ areas.Waste Management & Recycling: Oversee waste management processes.Fire Safety: Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations.Contractor Coordination: Work with contractors for specialised repairs or projects.Seasonal Projects: Assist with maintenance projects like power washing and landscaping.Other Duties: Undertake additional responsibilities as required.Key Skills & QualificationsBasic carpentry, plumbing, and trade skills.Ability to operate power tools and equipment.Physical stamina for manual labor.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of health and safety regulations.Property Management RoleResident Management: Serve as the main point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries and enforcing park rules.Property Administration: Manage resident applications, oversee rent collection, and maintain financial records.Office Management: Operate the site office, manage records, and handle communications.Budgeting & Reporting: Assist in budget preparation and financial reporting.Policy Development: Contribute to park policies and stay informed about relevant legislation.Key Skills & QualificationsProven experience in property management or a related field.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Strong administrative abilities and basic accounting proficiency.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.A genuine interest in fostering a positive community environment.Knowledge of relevant legislation (desirable).Experience with property management software (desirable).How to Apply:If you are ready to advance your career and contribute to the dynamic world of real estate, we encourage you to apply.
