We are currently looking to engage an experienced HR Advisor to join our team. Based at our pre-cast yard in LIA & reporting directly to the HR Manager, you will be the local face of HR for our various project teams.
The role will be offered on a Full-Time Max Term Contract or a Casual option, depending on your preference.
This role is open to LOCALS only.

Key functions of the role:
* Recruitment, Selection & Onboarding
* Site visits and attendance at community events
* Roll out & Implementation of HR initiatives
* Assisting in investigations and grievance resolution processes
* Day-to-day HR generalist transactional activities
What will set you up for success:
* 3+ Years in a similar role or equivalent local experience.
* Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
* Working understanding of current employment legislation and best practice, and the ability to interpret documents, with consideration to their interactions.
* Preferred - experience operating under an EA
* Excellent communication across all stakeholder levels.
