Job Title
A seasoned building services expert sought to coordinate and manage engineering installations across commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and manage building services and engineering installations to ensure timely completion and compliance with specifications.
* Work closely with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality results.
* Develop commissioning plans and oversee the execution of all commissioning actions.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to meet project timelines and specifications.
* Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
* Support project close-out by delivering manuals, training, and maintenance planning.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related trade background.
* Experience as a Project Engineer or Project Manager in the construction industry.
* Strong client-facing communication skills and excellent problem-solving, organisation, and time-management skills.
* National Police Clearance, White Card, Working with Children Clearance, current driver's licence, and reliable vehicle.
