Chef – Full Time, HMAS Albatross
Location: Nowra. Full‐time position in a structured Defence environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare high‐quality buffet‐style meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner and events.
* Maintain food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards.
* Support stock control, deliveries and kitchen operations.
* Ensure food quality, presentation and portion control.
* Provide professional service during meal periods.
Skills and Experience
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery.
* Experience in large commercial or bulk catering kitchens.
* Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety and allergen management.
* Attention to detail with a focus on quality and presentation.
* Reliable and team‐focused approach.
