We're on the lookout for a Packaging Operator with Manufacturing or FMCG experience to join our Geelong brewery. If you thrive on pace, love a well-run line, and get satisfaction from doing things right, every time, this one's for you.
This is a permanent full-time opportunity, based on‐site in Geelong, VIC. You'll work 4 x 10‐hour shifts per week on a rotating schedule:
* Week 1: Monday–Thursday | 6:00am–4:00pm
* Week 2: Monday–Thursday | 4:00pm–2:00am
What you'll be doing
* Operate and support high‐speed FMCG packaging lines
* Deliver against the production plan with a sharp focus on quality and efficiency
* Identify issues, support troubleshooting, and keep the line running strong
* Contribute to continuous improvement, problem‐solving, and better ways of working
* Work shoulder‐to‐shoulder with your crew to win together on shift
* Championing safety and safe work practices across the brewery
What you'll bring
* Experience in Manufacturing, FMCG, food & beverage, or a similar production environment
* A team‐first mindset with a hands‐on, get‐it‐done attitude
* Confidence working in a fast‐paced, operational setting
* Strong learning agility and appetite to build technical capability
