Essential Criteria
* Commitment to ensuring people's safety and effective crisis management skills.
* Strong time and resource management skills in a fast-paced corporate environment.

* Experience in responding to and documenting crisis management and security incidents.
* Leadership skills and initiative during crisis situations.

* Competence in investigating incidents and producing accurate, timely reports.
* Knowledge of fire and security systems (highly desirable).

Key Tasks & Responsibilities
* Support day-to-day operations of the site and team.
* Proactively contribute to the delivery of core massion areas.
* Maintain a high level of understanding of building and security systems and firm processes.
* Conduct daily systems checks, manage issue trackers, and troubleshoot infrastructure.
* Participate in and support SOP training and drills to the highest standards.
* Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
* Manage competing tasks with initiative and timeliness.
* Communicate clearly and transparently.
* Collaborate with team members and contribute to personnel development.
Please note :
This is a casual position with day and night rotational shifts : 6AM -6PM / 6PM-6AM
Position Requirements
The Controller is required to hold and maintain:
* Certificate II in Security Operations.
* Current VIC Security Licence.
* Current First Aid and CPR certification.
* Background Clearance, including financial, employment, residential, identification, and criminal history checks.
