About the role
As a Senior Consultant, you'll contribute to delivering a range of strategy, design and evaluation consultancy projects for our client partners. As part of a project team and using agile-like principles, your week at work might involve
* sourcing, analysing and interpreting data and insights about health/social needs, service issues and policy priorities in a way that cuts through the noise and helps to inform good decisions
* gathering meaningful insights, feedback and experiences from interviews, focus groups and surveys with people from a range of perspectives, including people with Lived Experience, community members, frontline works and system planners/decision-makers
* developing slidedecks, reports and communication materials that help to translate our technical analysis into compelling stories with practical outcomes
* presenting findings, leading workshops and facilitating meetings with our clients and their key stakeholders that help to steer our work and build agreement
* planning and scoping how we deliver work that delights our clients and contribute to continually growing and refining our practice.

* Flexibility in where you work — we have offices in Brisbane and Cairns, but many of our team work remotely or hybrid. Some infrequent travel for project work is expected

What we\'re looking for
We\'re looking for people with the right mix of values, technical skills and applied experience to join our team as a Senior Consultant. The ideal person will have:
* experience (at least 3+ years') working in a management consulting or comparable professional services environment
* experience working on projects in a health or human services context
* proven skills and knowledge relating to some or all of health needs assessments, program evaluation, service design, strategic planning and public policy
* relevant tertiary qualifications aligned to our core areas of work, such as public health, strategy, evaluation, design, policy or business
* a knack for learning new things, building relationships, a 'ship it' mentality and savvy with digital and technology.
