The Opportunity

Our client is seeking an experienced Change Lead to support a major enterprise transformation program across Asset & Works Management, Safety systems, and HR/Payroll systems. This role is responsible for driving successful change adoption across a complex organisational environment, ensuring employees, leaders, and field workers are effectively supported through system, process, and behavioural change. The Change Lead will act as a key link between project teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership to ensure change strategies are aligned with delivery milestones and business outcomes.


The Role

You will lead the development, execution, and governance of change management strategies across multiple enterprise systems and transformation initiatives. Acting as a key advisor to program leadership, you will ensure change impacts are identified, understood, and effectively managed across diverse stakeholder groups, including operational and field-based teams.


Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement change management strategies and plans across multiple transformation programs
* Conduct change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and readiness assessments
* Design and deliver communication, engagement, and training strategies to support adoption
* Identify and manage resistance to change through structured engagement approaches
* Partner with project and business teams to align change activities with delivery milestones
* Support leaders and change champions to drive adoption across teams
* Monitor adoption metrics, feedback, and behavioural change indicatorsTranslate technical and system changes into business impacts and user outcomes
* Maintain change governance artefacts and contribute to continuous improvement
* Engage with field-based workers to ensure inclusive and effective adoption of change


What You'll Need

Essential

* Extensive end-to-end change management experience in large-scale transformation programs
* Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and influencing skills across all levels
* Experience working in complex, matrixed organisational environments
* Strong knowledge of change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR or equivalent)
* Demonstrated ability to manage resistance, conflict, and organisational change challenges
* Strong planning and coordination skills across competing priorities and multiple projects
* Ability to analyse change impacts, risks, and benefits in transformation environments
* Experience engaging operational and field-based workforces in change adoption
