FULL TIME HOTEL MANAGER WANTED
17 CHURCH STREET NELSON BAY PTY LIMITED trading as Tattersall's Hotel Blayney. 47 Adelaide St Blayney, NSW 2799, is currently seeking talented and dedicated Full Time Hotel Manager for the daily operation of our business.
Major duties:
* Managing guest reservations and yielding room rates for maximum revenue.
* Directing and overseeing staffs, security arrangements as well as maintenance of the property.
* Assessing work requirements for the housekeeping team.
* Allocating duties to staffs, maintaining attendance records and rosters.
* Explaining and enforcing Occupational Health and Safety Guidelines at workplace at all times.
* Hiring, training and managing staffs.
* Managing guest feedback and complaints and implementing strategies to enhance the overall guest experience.
* Organizing and overseeing the operations of the hotel's food and beverage including bar and restaurant as well as managing events such as planning menus in consultation with chefs for functions, ensuring smooth operation and meet customer's satisfaction. As a hotel manager you are also required to manage and oversee gaming.
* Managing financial processes such as budgeting and accounting including preparing annual budget to meet the company's financial objectives
* Controlling stock levels, maintain daily or weekly inventory reports and place orders as per requirements for the hotel's operation.
* Assisting guests with information about local attractions, arranging tours or transportation services as requested by the guests.
* Take of reported incidents or injuries and resolving any unsafe work conditions.
Education/Skills: Relevant Qualifications in Hospitality or at least two years relevant experience
Salary: A$75,000 – A$85,000+ Superannuation
Annual Leave: 4 weeks
Working Hours: 38 Hrs per week
