About the role
Pied Piper Frozen Pastries Pty Ltd is seeking a full-time Storeman to join our team at our warehouse facility in Underwood, Queensland. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient and accurate management of our inventory, ensuring the smooth operation of our frozen pastry production and distribution.
What you'll be doing
1. Receiving, storing and dispatching a wide range of frozen pastry products
2. Accurately recording stock movements and maintaining detailed inventory records
3. Picking, packing and loading orders for delivery to customers
4. Organising and maintaining the warehouse in a tidy and organised manner
5. Assisting with the regular stocktaking process
6. Adhering to all health, safety and quality protocols
7. Supporting the wider warehouse and logistics team as required
What we're looking for
1. Previous experience in a similar storeman or warehouse role, ideally within the food or logistics industry
2. Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
3. Good physical fitness and the ability to handle heavy loads
4. Forklift licence and experience operating warehouse equipment
5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
6. Flexibility to work shifts, including early mornings and weekends as required
