The Company
The Digital Account team is driving digital transformation by managing a suite of platforms that enable secure authentication, authorisation, and relationship management. As a multi-disciplinary team, we deliver digital solutions at scale—from concept and design through to system delivery and operational support. We're also leading the development of an enterprise-wide policy and framework for digital identity use.
Our work includes close collaboration with stakeholders to deploy innovative, secure, and user-focused solutions. We’ve also established an Operational Readiness and Enablement capability to support the onboarding and continuous improvement of digital services.
The team is engaged in several transformation programs, each requiring tailored solutions. Our work underpins key services and enables the successful uplift of products to meet evolving needs.
The Role
The Department seeks a Service Designer to join a multi-disciplinary team to identify how services being developed can better meet the user needs. The Service Designer will need to have the ability to quickly understand the Department’s regulatory requirements and design services that deliver on both regulatory and user needs. It is important that the Service Designer enables an environment that makes the services usable, easy and desirable for both external and internal users.
Responsibilities
* Design and contribute to the end-to-end journey of services across transactions, products, content, regulatory, and business processes
* Collaborate with service designers, user researchers and stakeholders across the multiple programs and the department to form the bigger strategic picture.
* Ensure that service design aligns to the program objectives.
