About the Role
Deliver high-quality customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth coordination of bookings and facility management for Council's community and sporting facilities.
This position will ensure the smooth operation of the bookings system, respond to community and club enquiries, coordinate permits and approvals, and support the Community Place team to optimise the use of Council facilities.
Key Responsibilities Include
* Customer Service Excellence: delivers prompt, professional and courteous service to all stakeholders.
* Administration and Systems: demonstrates strong organisational skills and proficiency in digital systems for bookings and reporting.
* Attention to Detail and Compliance: Ensures processes, records and approvals are accurate and compliant with Council policies.
About You
We are looking for someone who demonstrates, through behaviour, an alignment and an understanding of Our Values and has the following skills and experience:
* Experience in administrative or customer service roles, preferably within local government, recreation, or community settings.
* Proficiency in digital booking or asset management systems.
