Work Schedule
Full-time permanent positionStandard business hours with on-call rotationShift differentials for nights/weekends when applicable
Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipmentPerform structured cabling (copper and fiber optic)Execute hardware deployments and decommissionsMonitor environmental systems (power, cooling, security)Respond to incidents and perform troubleshootingMaintain accurate documentation and asset trackingCollaborate with engineering and operations teamsParticipate in capacity planning and upgrades3+ years data center operations experienceExpert cabling skills (Cat6/6a, OM3/OM4/OS2 fiber)Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilitiesExperience with rack and stack operationsUnderstanding of power distribution and UPS systemsExcellent documentation and communication skillsAbility to lift 50+ lbs and work in demanding environmentsData center certifications (CDCP, CDCS, CDCE) - preferredVendor certifications (Dell, HPE, Cisco) - preferredNetwork certifications (CCNA, JNCIA) - preferredExperience with DCIM platforms - preferredKnowledge of ITIL practices - preferred
