About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Immunisation Registered Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering the annual Influenza Immunisation to all employees, volunteers and students engaged in clinical placement at all levels, under the guidance of the coordinator.
* Administer influenza vaccinations efficiently and effectively, ensuring timely completion of the program.
* Collect and interpret data on influenza vaccinations, providing insights to inform future programs.
* Document all influenza vaccinations administered at Grampians Health on the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) and the SAP program.
* Maintain efficient use of resources, adhering to infection control policies and procedures as identified in the Grampians Health Infection Control Manuals.
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of the influenza vaccination program.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess a Division 1 Registered Nurse qualification, current AHPRA registration and recognised Immunisation qualification or be working towards same with completion prior to the designated date.
