Key Responsibilities and Duties:
* Operations Management: Streamlining office processes, maintaining equipment, ordering supplies, and implementing procedures and practice protocols
* Human Resources: Hiring, training, mentoring, and rostering staff; managing payroll and performance evaluations.
* Financial Management: Handling billing, accounts payable/receivable, insurance claims, and budget tracking.
* Patient Care & Relations: Resolving complaints, ensuring a high-quality patient experience, and managing patient records.
* Compliance & Safety: Ensuring adherence to health, safety, and industry regulations (e.g., OH&S).
* Strategic Planning: Marketing the practice, analyzing business reports, and improving efficiency.
