Excellent opportunity for an experienced Supervisor to join a busy builder in the Ipswich Region
**Your new company**
Our client has constructed, overseen, and managed some of Queensland's biggest infrastructure projects. They predominantly specialise in schools and housing, but they also hold large maintenance contracts for some of the state's largest facilities. This client is currently seeking experienced Supervisor to join their project team based throughout the Western Suburbs of Brisbane.
**Your new role**
In your new role you will be working as a Supervisor in the Western Suburbs of Brisbane. You will be responsible for the overall delivery of construction, maintenance, and upgrade work. This role will involve coordinating and undertaking the delivery of a high-quality condition assessment services for clients, including inspections/surveys of building elements and construction materials. Your duties will involve producing high-quality tendering and quotation documentation for building projects. This includes preparing accurate and timely estimates, project trade packages (including material lists and construction programs).
**What you'll need to succeed**
The successful applicant will have worked on Commercial or Industrial projects previously as a Supervisor who has the following experience:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role, across the commercial or industrial construction sector
- Trade background preferred
- Strong written & verbal communication
- Strong time management & organisational skills
- A high-level attention to detail and a professional manner
- Ability to obtain a current Police Check
- Hold a current Australian Driver's Licence
- Hold a Construction White Card
