Responsibilities
Provide professional HR business partnering service to line managers across the employee life cycle. Be the first point of contact and intermediary, coach line managers on people management practices, implement HR-related programs, and consult on grievances and disciplinary issues.
You'll Need
Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or a related field or significant experience in a similar role. A demonstrated working knowledge of employment law and industrial relations legislation, including interpreting and applying a range of instruments. Experience developing and implementing people-related policies and procedures, and leading workplace investigations.
