**About the role & Company**
This well known and Leading Manufacturing Organisation based in Smithfield has a need for a Customer Service/Claims Officer. This role is well suited to someone from a Customer Service background who wants to start their career in the claims space or and experienced Claims Officer.
This role provides flexibility to work from home 2 days per week.
**The Responsibilities**:
Reporting directly into the Claims Manager your daily duties will include but not be limited to:
- Manage all claims and disputes
- High level processing and data entry of stock / inventory claims
- Assess and investigate of claims - liaising with internal / external parties re: stock
- Provide customers with updates and resolutions
- High level claims administration
- Reconciliation of customer accounts
- Other duties as delegated by manager
**The successful applicant**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable dealing with internal/external stakeholders
- Must have proven and previous experience as with Claims / Customer Service
- Ability to adhere to deadlines and work in a fast paced environments
- High attention to detail, excellent time management skills and a proactive approach to customers
