About the Role
The Programme Leader will oversee day-to-day operations of child youth and family programmes, including foster care and adolescent programmes. This role involves managing a team responsible for developing and implementing case management strategies to support at-risk youth.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, lead, motivate, and manage a team of case managers, child and family practitioners, and youth workers to achieve programme goals.
* Oversee caseloads, provide practical guidance as needed, and identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
* Manage risks and issues arising in programme management.
Skills and Experience Required
* Demonstrated experience working with individuals, families, and communities from a strength-based perspective.
* Experience working with adolescents and transition from care tasks is highly regarded.
* Team leadership and management skills are essential for success in this role.
