As an E-commerce Support Specialist, you will be working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same.
You will provide support for customers shopping online and deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring they receive their orders accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Picking and selecting high-quality products that online customers have ordered for delivery or finding brilliant substitutions when products are out of stock.
* Using technology to plan your route around the store, select products, and manage time efficiently.
* Working behind the scenes to handle customer queries, process orders, and assist with loading vans for our delivery team.
* Providing excellent customer service, supporting with questions, and proactively offering help.
* Building strong knowledge of our products and services to offer recommendations.
* Working flexibly across the store as required.
