Role Description
As a Pizza Chef at Glorietta, you will craft high-quality pizzas using fresh ingredients while adhering to traditional Italian cooking techniques. Your responsibilities include preparing dough, toppings, sauces, and ensuring consistency in taste and presentation. You will maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization and work collaboratively with the culinary team to deliver an exceptional dining experience. This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Sydney Area.
Qualifications
* Comprehensive knowledge of pizza preparation, dough-making, and Italian cooking techniques
* Experience in food preparation, handling, and maintaining kitchen hygiene standards
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with strong teamwork and time-management skills
* Passion for creating high-quality food with strong attention to detail and creativity in presentation
* Familiarity with food safety standards and compliance with health and safety regulations
* Previous experience in a professional kitchen or pizza bar is highly regarded
* Availability for flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends
