Support Role in Inclusion Department
The role of an Administrative Officer is to support the daily operations of our Inclusion Department. As part of a dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive environment for all students.
Main Responsibilities:
* Be the first point of contact for all enquiries related to the Inclusion Department
* Provide confidential administrative support to the Deputy Principal - Inclusion
* Assist in the organisation of Inclusion Department staff
* Coordinate the daily activities of Teacher Aides in the Inclusion Department
* Manage and update student data
* Organise meetings relevant to the Inclusion Department, including case management meetings with teachers and parents
* Ensure efficient use of office supplies within the department
* Support word processing, excel spreadsheets, and assist in the organisation of teachers' work
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Able to work collaboratively as part of a team and build strong working relationships
* Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Attention to detail and organisational skills
* Computer literacy
* Displays confidentiality, tact, reliability, and sensitivity when dealing with staff, students, and families
