We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Marketing Coordinator to support occupancy growth, strengthen brand awareness, and position our centres as the preferred choice for families within our communities. This role plays a key part in connecting our purpose to families by showcasing the quality of our educators, learning environments, and commitment to safety and care.
About The Role
The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in driving occupancy growth, strengthening brand awareness, and positioning our centres as the preferred choice for families within our communities. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role responsible for delivering marketing initiatives that align with business objectives while showcasing the quality, safety, and learning environments across our centres.
You will lead the coordination and execution of digital marketing, community engagement initiatives, and events, ensuring our brand remains visible, consistent, and aligned with our Vision, Values, and the National Quality Framework.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Content
Develop and execute social media strategy across Facebook and Instagram Create engaging content including posts, reels, photography, and short-form video Manage monthly content calendars in collaboration with centre managers Maintain brand tone, voice, and visual consistency Respond to social media enquiries and online engagement Coordinate Google Review responses in consultation with leadership Support website updates and liaise with digital/Google Ads partners Track and report on campaign performance including engagement, enquiries, conversions, and ROI Support email marketing and lead nurturing initiatives
Events & Community Engagement
Develop and manage an annual marketing events calendar Coordinate centre participation in local community events and open days Attend key child, family, and community events (including occasional evenings/weekends) Ensure strong and consistent brand representation at all events Support centre managers to build local partnerships
Brand & Operations Support
Design promotional materials (Canva or similar) Manage marketing stock and branded materials Maintain marketing budget and contribute to business planning
About You
2+ years’ experience in a marketing role Strong social media and content creation capability Video editing and Canva skills Highly organised and self-directed Data-driven with the ability to link marketing activity to occupancy and enrolment growth Passionate about early education and community connection Willing to be hands-on and actively involved in events Recent police clearance
