We're partnering with a high performing business in the agriculture sector to find a Territory Sales Manager to take ownership of North Queensland. This is a hands on role for someone who thrives on building relationships, driving sales, and growing a territory.
The Role
Based in Townsville, you'll manage and expand an established network of established while identifying new opportunities to drive revenue and market share across the ag channel.
What You'll Do
* Grow sales across your territory through existing and new clients
* Build strong, long-term relationships with store owners, buyers, and on-the-ground staff
* Identify and convert new business opportunities within the rural and agricultural channel
* Execute product and brand strategies at store level, including merchandising and in-store activation
* Analyse sales performance and provide market and competitor insights from the paddock to the counter
* Manage customer enquiries professionally and provide product knowledge support to reseller staff
* Represent the business at industry events, field days, and rural trade shows
* Maintain accurate reporting and admin
What You Bring
* Strong communication and relationship skills comfortable talking with farmers, store managers, and head office alike
* Self driven with a genuine desire to achieve in a regional, autonomous role
* High level of professionalism and commercial awareness
* Strong time management and organisation you'll be on the road across North QLD
* Current driver's licence essential
