Customer Service Professional
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven customer service professional to join our Ecommerce Customer Success Team as a Customer Service Officer.
The role offers a long-term position with a national presence, providing exceptional customer assistance via inbound/outbound calls, live chat, and emails.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Manage customer orders, including acceptance and amendments.
* Engage with marketing to address customer queries and complaints on social media and online review platforms.
* Coordinate with logistics teams regarding order tracking and delivery issues.
* Upsell products where appropriate.
* Work collaboratively to meet business objectives and resolve customer complaints effectively.
