Through a national network of qualified and experienced sales specialists and consultants, we offer advice, solutions and support in plant nutrition, plant protection, soil agronomy and biology, supporting Australian turf professionals to get the most out of their surfaces.

About the Opportunity

Australian Agribusiness is seeking a full-time Sales Support Officer to join our Nuturf business division on a 12 month max term contract. This role offers flexible working arrangements and can be based out of either our Rhodes Corporate Office or Blacktown Site. Reporting to the National Sales Support Manager, the successful candidate will be part of a dedicated team that delivers exceptional support to our internal sales teams and external parties, with an emphasis on the pre and post-sales support of our Nuturf BU. The primary purpose of this role is to ensure a smooth, efficient, and professional end-to-end service for our loyal customers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Act as a responsive point of contact for internal stakeholders, customers, and external suppliers to support timely commercial outcomes.
* Collaborate closely with the Nuturf sales team and wider Australian Agribusiness support teams to achieve a streamlined service for customers.
* Provide product assistance or refer queries to the appropriate technical expert.
* Prioritise and manage workload effectively to exceed customer expectations.
* Proactively identify, communicate, and escalate risks that may impact customer orders or service delivery.
* Assist with the set-up and maintenance of new products, brands, and categories.
* Cultivate and maintain a professional and positive relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
* Drive continuous improvement of internal sales processes to increase efficiency, communication, and alignment with business objectives.

About You:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

* Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar customer-facing support role.
* Prior experience within the Agricultural Industry or with Agricultural products (preferred).
* Tertiary education in Agriculture (Agribusiness, Agrisciences, etc) (desirable, but not essential).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe PDF.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365 (desirable).
* Ability to problem solve and demonstrate initiative.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Experience working with a geographically dispersed, remote stakeholder group.
